I’m back!
Yeah folks, I am back in town after a three day break for Eid. I initially planned to travel on the night of Saturday, but due to unplanned (read: forced) assignments, I had to finish my work on the same day…. I left my office at midnight… so the plan of traveling to home on saturday was doomed.
On sunday morning, I left home early to bus stand to find a bus. The first bus that i managed to find was to leave at noon (and it actually left at 1:30 PM). The passengers were literally stuffed in the bus as if it was a “murghi ka darba”. As i had no other choice, i had to comply with their demands…. and those fuckers charged me a massive rip-off price of 1400 (normally it is around 1100-1200 per trip).
Anyways, i reached my home at 5:30 AM the next day, and spent the next two days with my family and friends….
Finally, moved back to Karachi via Daewoo bus (something worth every penny that you spend on a bus fare).
So, here I am back home…. With two back to back exams on Friday and Saturday…. Its gonna be a tough couple of days.
